Grits and Magnolias

So happy you found my little blog. I am very new to blog, but most certainly not new to cooking. I have am an old fashioned cook, love to make everything possible from scratch.  This means I make my own pasta, breads and almost all my condiments, including ketchup. My kitchen is the hub of the house and something is always going on in here. Since I bake bread almost everyday, there is the aroma of yeast and bread rising or baking. My love for sourdough began early on and I have a little fridge dedicated to my sourdough starters. I will be sharing my love of baking bread and my adventures with sourdough. Also there will be lots of regular recipes that I am adding to my cookbook.
